The version of OpenSSH in base is pathetically outdated with multiple known vulnerabilities. FreeBSD has fallen behind, so we need to do our own due diligence in keeping OpenSSH up-to-date in base. I'm marking this issue as "help wanted" because that's the reality.

This will be a longer task with the potential to be a continuous one.
